Treatment Options

Injectables

Brio has various options available based upon the individual needs of the patient. These will be discussed in consult

CONTRAVE

Contrave is a prescription medication used for weight management. It is an extended-release tablet that combines two drugs: naltrexone and bupropion.

Both of these medications are approved by the FDA for other uses—naltrexone for managing alcohol and opioid dependence, and bupropion for depression and smoking cessation. Together, they work to help control appetite and cravings, making it easier for individuals to lose weight and maintain weight loss.

MIC+B12

Methionine is an essential amino acid that plays an important role in metabolism. O inositol is a vitamin-like natural sugar that supports proper cell formation. This helps to metabolize fat and improve insulin function.

Choline is a water-soluble nutrient that supports liver function. It is responsible for lipid metabolism and fatty acid transport.

B12 is water soluble Vitamin B12 that improves energy and nerve health.

Together they metabolize fat cells and assist in the elimination of stored fat deposits in the liver and body, and may encourage fat reduction. Mic B12 shots are known to not only reduce fat, but also possibly increase metabolism.

Dosing is once weekly as an intramuscular injection.
